Product queries:

  • All our products are handmade to order at our bindery in Ilkeston, Derbyshire UK.

  • Yes, we can produce bespoke albums and guest books to suit your requirements, prices on request.

  • Your photos can be mounted on both sides of the page, or just on the right hand side depending on personal preference.

    We recommend using adhesive photo mounts, photo corners or tape, all available in ‘Accessories’ in our store.

What are my personalisation and font options?

Using our expertise, we will style the personalisation in the most appropriate design and format for the item. If you have any specific requirements please contact us via info@bespokealbumcompany.com prior to placing your order. Also be aware that our product examples on the website are not necessarily the font that will be used on your order. Please make sure you check all spelling, grammar and punctuation as we cannot accept returns of personalised products unless it is our mistake.

Please note, due to the textured surface of some materials and leathers, small breaks may appear in the hot foil blocking.

Delivery & Payment:

  • All products are handmade to order in our Derbyshire bindery. Shipping time is normally 2 - 7 working days after your order has been placed (exluding public holidays, and bindery closedown over the Christmas period). Shipping times can sometimes be quicker or slightly longer depending on workload in our hand bindery and availability of stock.

  • UK Delivery:

    All items are shipped via APC overnight courier, for delivery by 4pm Monday to Friday. This service is fully trackable and will require a signature upon delivery.

    International Shipping:

    All items are shipped via Deltec International Courier Ltd. Shipments are fully trackable and normally arrive 3 to 7 working days after dispatch depending on country location. The Bespoke Album Company are not responsible for any customs and duties charges that may be incurred. These remain the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Yes, no problem. Just choose to collect from The Bespoke Album Company during the checkout process. Our address is -
